4G Expert Engineer

About The Role:

The role focuses on executing design, audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Network Performance KPI’s.
• Reports with excellent skills in troubleshooting performance related issues.
• Familiar with OSS KPI systems & related counters, able to perform signalling traces.
• HO parameter optimization, Throughput enhancement optimization 4G.
• Parameter recommendations 4G & strong grip on its implementation.
• Frequency refarming optimization, New layers, Sites planning & optimization & new feature trials 4G.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure under fast pace environment.
• Customer complains handling experience.
• 4G TDD Experience is a must. 5G background is preferred
