As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Main Responsibilities:

* Material handling, acceptance standard
– Perform quality control (incoming inspection of goods) (Inbound)
– Manage standardized system transactions
– Packing of products according to specification
– Pick/pack of handling units according to specification
* improvements and maintenance
– Secure Implementation of improved standardized workmanship
– First-line support when operational issues occur
– Perform warehouse operations without standardized
* Knowledge sharing and learning
– Escalate operational issues according to the improvement process
– Communicate feedback to stakeholders
– Drive/execute product or process and workmanship training
– Drive/execute maintenance training according to specification
– End to end process overview
