About The Role:
An office assistant manager is an employee responsible for overseeing administrative support and keeping an office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Agenda management.
- Organisation of Meetings (Meetings / one to one).
- Organisation of travel (Missions: domestic / abroad) + mission expense statements.
- Management of daily tasks (Reception of Guests / Collecting newspapers / Miscellaneous Purchase / Lunches).
Candidate Requirements:
- Good command of French and some English (fairly good)
