About The Role:

An office assistant manager is an employee responsible for overseeing administrative support and keeping an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Agenda management.
  • Organisation of Meetings (Meetings / one to one).
  • Organisation of travel (Missions: domestic / abroad) + mission expense statements.
  • Management of daily tasks (Reception of Guests / Collecting newspapers / Miscellaneous Purchase / Lunches).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good command of French and some English (fairly good)
