About The Role:

The Associate Analyst shall review the day-to-day activities involving the establishment, management and oversight of utility accounts for the company. The responsibilities of this position shall include developing and maintaining contacts with utilities for setting-up, reviewing and disconnecting utility services with a focus on electricity. This position shall coordinate all third-party support services and organizations used to supply detailed and specialty utility services to the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate utility service connections with utility companies, including IOUs, cooperatives and municipalities
  • Secure and prepare requisite approvals and pay multiple daily utility invoices
  • Analyze and prepare cost and usage reports for budgeting and for management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience in lieu of degree
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Communication and team working skills
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and treasury processing protocols
