Assist in the development and execution of the business growth plan for the region in line with agreed business objectives.
Proactively develop a pipeline of opportunities according to plan and optimize sales outcomes
Plan and coordinate sales activities to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded within prescribed time frames.
Work with SGS operations to identify sales opportunities and ensure we secure revenue.
Work Operations team to ensure new sales are operationalised as soon as possible, and there is a smooth transition
Facilitate effective coordination of enquiries and technical exchanges between SGS personnel involved in the execution of analytical and field work.
Track your activity and won work through the business to completion utilisng SGS systems (including CRM) and reporting.
Actively participate in industry functions including identification of suitable events, planning, cost estimates, cost/benefit analysis and reporting
Ensure face to face client and developmental sales interaction
Ensure cold call client and developmental sales interaction
Identify, research, plan, and contact potential clients to establish new business to achieve targeted revenue growth.
Conduct and review market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing, and trends.

Tertiary qualifications in Business Management and/or Engineering preferred
Solid experience working in a similar position, preferred minimum 2 years within a related field such as;
Midstream Operations
Productions Operations
Process Engineering
Line Inspection activity
Reservoir Fluids Sampling & Analysis
Microbial Enumeration and Speciation
Corrosion (organic and inorganic)

Demonstrable successful track record in relation to Account Management, Sales and/or Business Development
High level of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to act independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
