● Able to set targets for sales team across all channels
● Build a sales incentive scheme per channel
● Develop sales campaign structure and the business case behind it
● Able to push sales team and track performance and follow up on targets
Job Skills and Qualifications
● From 5 to 10 years of cards sales / acquisition experience
● Middle management level
