Contract Engineer EPC Solar

Responsibilities:
• Support to TTE worldwide Solar projects
• Monitor RFP and supplier qualification process
• Contractual negotiation
• Support internal approval & signature process
• Monitor interface with solar project managers
• RFP and Contractual negotiation for Solar construction projects worldwide with subtasks:
• Contract preparation (ITT and Contract drafting)
• Issue of the Invitation To Tender
• Management of clarifications and qualifications with bidders
• Preparation of the Recommendation to Award report
• Preparation of final contract documents
Deliverables
Final report of the service (at least by default)

Candidate Requirements :
• Advanced expertise English language is a must
• Advanced expertise in contractual negotiation
• Legal background is a bonus
• Expertise in Renewables is a bonus
• Advanced professional expertise
