Core Infrastructure Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Check HW and SW openstack/SDN status
• Follow-up of infra KPIs
• Develop tools to help detect anomalies
• Check that it is working properly
• Plan scheduled and curative interventions
• Managing the impact and risk of changes
• Develop a contingency plan in case of anomaly
• Check that it is working properly
• Write best practice procedures for handling incidents
• Development of a repository for monitoring and verification of nodes
• Prepare the test environment
• Validate the smooth running of tests in collaboration with suppliers and teams concerned
• Assist with suppliers for testing prior to node provisioning
• Detect anomalies
