About the role : 

Bouygues Telecom is recruiting its future Data Analyst on a permanent contract.
Within the Customer Service Operations Department , you join the “forecast and budget  ” team made up of 4 people (a work-study student, 2 data analysts and a manager), all data-oriented, understanding of customer behavior and with an appetite for management control . The role of this team is to put into action different types of interlocutors in order to reduce the frequency of calls while ensuring an optimal level of quality for the customer.

Responsibilities : 

Track and understand call volumes that make up customer call frequency

Participate in budget exercises to determine Bouygues Telecom’s customer service cost trajectory

· Through research, understand changing customer calling behaviors with the goal of improving our ability to forecast and optimize downside call volumes

· Interact regularly with call center managers, business intelligence teams, call flow management & configuration and management control.

Candidate requirements : 

You have a BAC+5 and you have at least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst (development, visualization, data analysis, modelling, segmentation, dashboards, restitution, etc.).

Your strengths: you have a real appetite for marketing and management control , you like to deepen your research / interpret data / give meaning to what you do, you have excellent communication skills and a good team spirit!
