About The Role:

Our team is transforming and implementing a new CRM service from Microsoft. We are looking for a talented person who can help us implement the new service. You will be able to participate in software design, development, and all technical aspects of the project’s lifecycle. There is close cooperation with other developers and business colleagues on a daily basis.


  • Interact with members of the IT community and business to address build/project topics and in the future also run
  • Continuously learning of the technology followed by Microsoft Dynamics certification
  • Provide service consultation, guidance and problem solving expertise with respect to complex technical issues
  • Deliver assigned services according to agreed SLA’s (TRT, Availability, and Performance)
  • Act as operational point of contact for all RUN related aspects of the service (Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, SW patching etc.)
  • Support internal improvement initiatives to continuously improve the service
  • Follow quality standards and policies
  • Follow Security standards and policies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability in regard to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Experience in programming languages (example: Powershell, VB, HTML, Javascript, Python etc)
  • Understanding in DevOps methodology
  • Understanding in ITIL methodology
