About The Role:

A technical manager generally oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of technological company systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues. They are responsible for making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement within all areas of technical operations, and managing the teams that are developing materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in Technical Technical Solutions for IN (INTELLIGENT NETWORK, PREPAID PLATEFORM SUBSCRIBERS) VAS (VALUE ADDED SERVICES) deployment, expansion and technical support activities to Customers.
  • Responsible as the main person for technical solution support activities to Operations, Sales and Marketing.
  • Follow up all technical matters internally and customers side and responsible to define the action plan.
  • Participate in project design, implementation and technical support. To manage IN VAS Team in Morocco.

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree in Telecommunication/ Computer Science /Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field of IN & VAS Products.
  • Good Knowledge and experiences in telecommunications technology and value added service products.
  • Genuine interest in people and maintaining the relationship with internal as well as external customer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Possess experience in performing in project implementation in VAS market.
  • Fluent in verbal and written in French & English.
