Responsibilities :

  •  Making overall strategies for the growth of business along with management following the Global Company vision
  •  Making the company stand in the competitive market against strong competitors
  • Conduct strategic meetings with Distributors and retailers
  • Define the adequate Line up for both markets and suggest pricing and positioning based on Market and Profit
  •  Decide and negotiate Product Mix by Channel
  • Coordination with retail team and merchandizing agency to enhance Market

Candidate requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree (or above) in Business Administration or trade or Marketing
  • Have advanced knowledge in High Tech Products
  • 5 Years’ experience as sales/Brand/Product Manager in a Global Brand (High Tech or FMCG)
  • Have proven capabilities to create ideas and generate market demand and fight against aggressive competition
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Good team work abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable in site environment
  • Good English level (writing and speaking)
  • Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
