About The Role:
Our colleagues deal with hydrocarbon related movements such as purchase of raw materials, ensuring availability at the right place & at the right time, and keeping inventories at refineries and terminals. The organization is also responsible for monitoring payment, invoicing, and collection of these activities.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with business (Traders, Schedulers, Sales Managers, Terminal Operators) and other contacts to ensure timely booking of goods issues / goods receipts, cash collection and on-time payment
- Partner with the business operations to ensure the completeness of volumetric and commercial accounting records
- Investigate discrepancies with 3rd party partners / affiliates for prompt resolution
- Ensure completeness of inventory data, vendor / customer invoices for Month End Close
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly key performance indicators
- Build knowledge of end-to-end business processes
- Participate in various site wide initiatives, including charity efforts, inclusion & diversity events, or networks to develop and grow leadership skills
- Support local and global digitalization projects and process improvements leveraging robust, state of the art systems like SAP, Tableau, Python, Celonis, Navarik.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Bachelor/Master degree (or pending degree with only the final exam outstanding) in Business, Economics, Logistics or equivalent
- Relevant work experience is an advantage, but not required
- Fluent English knowledge is a must, strong command of other European languages is an advantage
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
