About The Role:

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group’s business processes and systems, and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group’s business processes and systems. You will work in collaboration with the head office departments (e.g. Information Systems Department, etc.) and the Group’s subsidiaries, both in France and abroad.

Responsibilities:

  • You accompany users in the field in their use of operating tools.
  • You contribute to the animation of the business line around the operating tools.
  • You promote user acceptance of changes.
  • You build and manage projects to deploy or upgrade operating tools in the Group’s subsidiaries.
  • You conduct training in the use of operating tools.
  • You will provide functional assistance to end users in the use of operating tools.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 4/5.
  • Experience in Operations in a planning position or in a design and methods office would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the functionalities of Keolis’ Operations applications (Okapi, Solid…) would be a plus.
  • An aptitude for information systems is necessary: Windows environment, office tools, etc.
  • You are autonomous, adaptable, have good interpersonal skills and above all a sense of customer service.
