About the role:
The process quality engineer defines and implements the GE manufacturing quality roadmap (product and process) by associating indicators and control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage continuous improvement by analyzing NCRs, leading cause analysis and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions,
– Identify quality problems and potential risks associated with the product at an early stage, and take the appropriate measures to remedy them,
– Analyze the costs of non-quality (COPQ) of the various COEs and propose corrective actions,
– Identify the procedures to create or update,
– Participate in the definition of indicators and processes,
– Ensure the application of internal quality procedures,
– Define and monitor quality management tools (documentary system, indicators, etc.),
– Organize and supervise internal and external quality audits,
– Carry out internal audits,
– Animate and support any project related to the change and development of the plant,
– Support the quality managers of the various COEs in their continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate requirements:
Technical skills

Qualifications
- Bac +5 Engineering school with a specialization in quality Bac +5 university with a specialization in quality
- English proficiency
- Years of experience required: 5 to 10 years

- Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis,

- Mastery of statistical analysis tools as well as business control techniques,
