Responsibilities :
- Preparing Plan for Service and equipment purchase
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased
- Preparing Budgets, cost analyses and reports
- Managing the payment requests to vendors and follow up the execution
- Prepare and follow up the contracts with vendors and agencies
- Participate in the yearly evaluation and selection process of vendors and agencies
Candidate requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (or above) in accounting, business management or a similar field
- 2 to 5 years of experience as procurement officer or in similar position
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good team work abilities
- Flexible and adaptable in site environment
- Good English level (writing and speaking)
- Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
- A previous experience in SAP System is a plus
