Responsibilities :

  • Preparing Plan for Service and equipment purchase
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased
  • Preparing Budgets, cost analyses and reports
  •  Managing the payment requests to vendors and follow up the execution
  • Prepare and follow up the contracts with vendors and agencies
  • Participate in the yearly evaluation and selection process of vendors and agencies

Candidate requirements : 

  •  Bachelor Degree (or above) in accounting, business management or a similar field
  •  2 to 5 years of experience as procurement officer or in similar position
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Good team work abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable in site environment
  • Good English level (writing and speaking)
  • Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
  • A previous experience in SAP System is a plus
