Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish clear communication channels, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
3. Team Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure each team member understands their roles and responsibilities.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are not compromised.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements.
6. Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution, making decisions that uphold the project’s goals and objectives.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet quality standards and align with best practices, facilitating testing, reviews, and quality control measures.
8. Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
9. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, executive summaries, and performance metrics to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project or program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
