Responsabilités :

  • Conduct and run project update calls
  • Design, build and manage project plans and trackers
  • Identify and escalate blockers/issues, if any, proactively and see them through to a resolution
  • Update governance decks, collate all inputs and assist in conducting governance calls with relevant stakeholders
  • Assimilate, publish and monitor minutes and action points for governance calls
  • Assist in pilot feedback /issues, maintain and update the tracker
  • Assist the team as and when necessary during testing, able to manage Jira / other portals

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in any of the following domains – management, business administration, economics, commerce or similar
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels within the organization
• A candidate who is proactive, takes ownership and lends an assisting hand in running projects smoothly
• Believes in culture of collaboration, transparency and trust
• Quick learner with a great ability to listen and communicate well verbally and in writing
