• Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
• Review and/or update pricing on existing parts
• Review each quote to assure that all detail has been included and that profit is acceptable
• Follow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as needed
• Manage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when needed
• Contact potential new customers for issues or general sales visit
• Revise pricing on existing parts and submit to customers
• Get involved with quality issues either internally or at customer’s facility
• Review and approve quotes before sending to customer. If not approved, work with estimators to revise
• Interface with customers in an efficient and courteous manner
• Track daily/monthly sales quotas and awards and report to management
• Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the LES management team
• Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with LES marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
• Travel to prospective clients and markets as needed
• Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations
• Perform other routine tasks as assigned

• Responsible for the business development aspect of an organization. Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 3+ years sales management with direct sales experience in the metal fabricating industry or construction industry

• Knowledge of CAD programs a plus
