Company descriptionMywindparts is a company specializing in the supply of spare parts for the wind energy market.More than just a distributor, Mywindparts offers its services to optimize turbine performance:• Stock analysis (mini stock, safety stock, turnover rate, …).• Repair of spare parts• Searches for equivalent parts.Mywindparts is acting also in the repowering by creating the Second Hand Activity (S.H.A) since 1 year.Since the beginning of 2020, Mywindparts has belonged to the company Voltalia which is a renowned player as an electricity producer and service provider in the production of renewable electricity from solar, wind, hydraulic and biomass energies (combining storage solutions).As part of the development of the company, Mywindparts is looking for an International Sales Developer.You are attached to the Managing Director of the company and your role will be based on the following missions:Market Analysis and Business Needs• Understand the company’s strategy in liaison with the managing director• Perform a technological and economic watch activity on the European wind market• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends • Implement European sales programs by developing field sales action plans• Ensure a competitive watch, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company.Business development• Identify potential targets and decision-making circuits within the targeted companies.• Prospect and win new customers (hunting) through field visits and/or remotely• Identify potential targets and decision-making circuits within the targeted companies.• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to developp the business.• Establish a panel of clients and develop with them privileged relationships, likely to lead to contracts.Commercial negotiating• Negotiate the contracts with the custumers (Price, leadtime and quantity)• Respond to their requests, write the commercial offer, negotiate its terms.• Sign sales orders (closing) and distribution agreements• Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and customer satisfaction.• Achieve growth and hit sales targets• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.• Domestic and international travel, approximately 50%.Second Hand Activity (S.H.A)• Developp the sales channel for our new activity named S.H.A (Second Hand Activity)• Animate internal communication tool to optimize our hit rate (Eshop, LinkedIn,…) in collaboration with communication manager.• Sell of complete wind turbines as it or refurbished• Sell in spare parts as it or refurbished• Developp European partnership to refurbished spare parts or main components• Developp European partnership recycle blade in green wayReporting• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the sales team and managing director (out of France)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 8 years of experience as a sales manager in multinational company in the Wind industry (ideally in a spare parts seller company).
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering  or in Business 
You speak fluently English and Spanish. French and/or Portuguese are a plus
You have a good knowledge of IT tools and logistics and/or supply chain environments.
Driving license (mandatory)
