Responsibilities :
• Achieving sales targets by expanding market coverage geographically and in various sectors of business.
• Managing business relationships & supporting local distributor to establish strong sales network.
• Identifying and developing new B2B & B2C sales channels.
• Coordinating sales effort with engineering, service, marketing, and other functional teams.
• Monitoring and controlling the stock availability.
• Keeping the customers updated on new product launches.
• Effectively handling and resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Preparing monthly reports, market research, competition analysis, etc.
• Any other tasks that may be requested by your line manager from time to time.
Candidate requirements :
- Qualification: Graduate Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7-8 years’ Experience in the HVAC industry
- Business development.
- Account management & negotiation skills.
- Resource utilization.
- Strategic sales planning
- Team Player.
- Strong communication skills (Fluency in French language)
- Technically sound knowledge in the same field.
- Good client base relationship in the market.
