About The Role:

As a FedEx Sales Solutions Analyst, you are responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytical services to (i) enable sales to sell more and more effectively (ii) planning and execution of Sales Analytics and Intelligence initiatives in area of Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machin learning (ML) to drive Business Value. Based on multiple data sources, you ease the creation of rich insights on our salesforce activity, productivity, and business trends. You will be working seamlessly on descriptive and predicative capabilities, you design with a strong user centricity in mind, leveraging visuals and graphics to maximize the power and reach of your analytical products. You are ready to be a team player in a young, diverse, and extremely talented group of analysts.


  • Deploy ML, Statistical and predictive models to provide personalize experience to support Sales to make smarter decisions and generate business value
  • Working seamlessly on descriptive and predicative capabilities with a strong user centricity in mind
  • Create solutions and insights for sales using SQL, Alteryx Classic and Server, Tableau CRM
  • Develop, maintain, and own analytical products
  • Look for opportunities to further develop automation & scalability making the most out of our app stack
  • Translate insights into user centric products
  • Craft engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights for presentation
  • Operationalize product and solutions ensuring quality and auditability of all processes
  • Find ways and means to continue to innovate and progress our functional capabilities in advanced analytics
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners at regional and global level

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree in the field of Business, Computer Science, applied mathematics, data science, statistics, analytics, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics
  • Proven experience in area of ML/AI is plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, coding skills e.g., Python + Expert in Excel
  • Dedication and passion to be master any new app thrown at you whether it’s Alteryx, Tableau CRMA
  • Analytical and customer centric thinking skills
  • Confident in dealing with large datasets and complex data processes
  • Creativity and initiative to continuously experiment and push the boundaries of the art of possible
  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Team player and action oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
