About The Role:

Talent Development Specialist participates in the planning, development and implementation of the overall organizational development strategy and supports delivering positive experiences to employees that help raise their engagement levels, workplace productivity, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the Talent Development & Experience team to ensure alignment with corporate learning and development strategy
  • A point-of-contact for external training/development vendors as appropriate
  • Preparation and organizational support of various internal projects and events (room bookings and preparation, giveaways handover, purchase orders creation/ invoicing, SharePoint & intranet updates, etc.)
  • Writing and reviewing article drafts
  • Creation of basic graphic elements in cooperation with an external graphic designer (online banners, teaser pictures, posters)
  • Production coordination with various vendors (giveaway companies, printing services, event agency etc.)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluency in English & Spanish essential (both oral and written) & talent for writing
  • Motivated and proactive team player with can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Well-developed oral, written and presentation skills
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing, especially LinkedIn and Instagram (optional)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (optional) and basic experience with graphic design software
