About The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational data.
  • Produce and analyze the Region’s production and operations management dashboards.
  • Improve existing monitoring indicators and create new ones.
  • Control and monitor the management and quality of data in the ERP.
  • Respond to issues related to the use of ERP and mobility tools.
  • Follow the scheduling of customer appointments.
  • Provide support in the improvement of the organization.
  • Train agency programming managers in planning tools.
  • Create and lead working groups around the themes of “programming” and “operations”.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education level BAC + 2/3.
  • At least 5 years experience.
  • Perfect command of Excel and database management.
  • Autonomy, rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, ability to transmit expertise and to lead training seminars.
