Tele-Sales Agent

Responsibilities:
● Present financial products to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customer’s needs and preserve market share
● Answer questions about products or the company
● Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
● Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
● Enter and update customer information in the database

Candidate Requirements:
● Bachelor degree of commerce, business administration or related fields
● (0-2) years of retail sales experience
● Energetic and enthusiastic.
● Good command of English & Arabic languages
● Basic computer skills.
● Basic selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
