Responsibilities:

Production :
o Ensure the interface between the transport companies and the customer within the framework of the management of passenger road lines (adaptation of transport plans, management of non-conformities, transmission of information, analysis of the activity, etc.)

o Ensure the coordination of resources (actions to be implemented in the event of traffic problems, bad weather, incidents)

o Disseminate information intended for travelers and respond to letters of complaint from travelers

o Carry out field missions (checks, Meetings with local authorities, etc.)

o Provide driver training

o Train replacements: participation in on-call duty 24/24 – 7/7, processing of train replacements during office hours during strikes, in particular setting up and ensuring the substitution of trains by coaches

o Participation and organization of various customer survey fields (fraud, OD, satisfaction, etc.)

 Data processing and reporting:

o Check, enter and process attendance data

o Produce activity reports

o Participate in the improvement of processing tools

Candidate requirements:

At least a Bac+2 level, ideally with one to three years’ experience in the field of passenger transport, you are proficient in computer tools such as Excel and Word.

Rigorous, autonomous and organized, you have a sense of interpersonal skills and analysis.

For this position, oral and writing skills are required.

License B required.
