We are looking for an experienced trainer with a minimum of one year experience in training and team management in a call center with an excellent French and mastering communication techniques, good listening skills and relational ease.
Main responsibilities :
Provide initial and ongoing training.
Establish a follow-up of the integration
Develop training modules.
Conducting training sessions
To provide the necessary information in order to improve the overall quality.
Evaluate training achievements and validate skills.
Participate in the department’s transversal projects: script…training modules
Monitor the control measures against risks and participate in the achievement of the
Develop quality reports and corrective action plans
Design the necessary teaching aids for the realization of the trainings
Ensure compliance with management directives and internal regulations
Present a report to the Training Manager on a weekly basis
